Consero Homes contracted MacLennan-LSE to work with their Architect on the design of the waterproofing of this project which included 8 properties and an under ground car park in Weybridge, Surrey.

MacLennan-LSE have worked with Consero Homes on several projects, and we were glad to offer design expertise.

A design was proposed that incorporated an external waterproofing system (Grace Preprufe) and internal Cavity Drain System (Newton 508) and a deck waterproofing system (Grace Silcor) for the Terrace area.

The First part of the project was to lay the Preprufe before the basement floor slab was poured.
Then Preprufe was then installed to the King Post piling.

Then the Newton Cavity Drain System was installed to the inside of the structure.
Finally the Terrace Waterproofing was carried out using MacLennan-LSE Polyprufe
