MacLennan-LSE were contracted by the main contractor to under take the design and installation of the necessary waterproofing works .

MacLennan-LSE proposed an internal cavity drain waterproofing system to the inside of the basement.

The Cavity Drain system was installed combined with a sump and pump to remove any water from the basement area.






The Terrace was screeded to a fall, and then it was primed ready for the installation of the Polyprufe.

The Polyprufe was then spayed and finished with a drainage layer, prior to the Contactor laying the finished paving
